Description: Looking for an admission counsellor having 1+ year experience as a counsellor preferably from BPO industry having good command in English or French.

• The end users are a mix of individual students acquired through B2C channels as well as groups of students acquired through B2B clients.
• Contact potential students to inform them about Empower courses.
• Reach out to students and build prospects and applicant pools by calling students individually on the database provided by the marketing team.
• Candidate must be young, smart active, having good convincing skills (good command over French or English language).

• French Level (B2/C1)
• Any graduates with good communication skills.
• Prior experience of Student Sales and Counsellor experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Should be able to work independently.
• Must have 1+year experience of Student Sales and Counsellor experience.
• Candidate must be young, smart active, having good convincing skills (good command over French/English language).
• Advise present or prospective students by answering calls.
• Counselling students on call, regarding courses and their benefits & influencing them to enroll and guide them.
• Should have the ability to counsel students about the courses.
• Should have the flair for tele calling.
• Should have the ability to convert into admissions.
• Good team player and should be a quick learner.
• Experience in Telesales/ Telemarketing

Fresh graduates who possess strong proficiency in French are also encouraged to apply.
