The Big Learning Platform© is an innovative and adaptive technology developed by Empower School of Health with input from Ministries of Health and INSEAD Humanitarian Research Group. The platform addresses the need for large-scale continuous learning in a cost-efficient manner.
The platform also measures improvement in the competency and the performance of the HR workforce over time. It has been developed in several languages and is built on open-source technologies. The platform requires an initial one-time investment, and then a much smaller continuous investment.
The Big Learning Platform can be customized for various features, functionalities, themes, branding, etc, and can be made suitable for various use cases.
